Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a military inspired workout that challenges your mind and body. Boot Camp is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and is designed to get you out of your comfort zone and pushing new limits. Each session lasts an hour and consists of a mix of strength and cardio exercises using ropes, tyres, sand bags and lots, lots more.
