Stretch and Flex

Forget the dolphin music and the hippy instructor, our new stretch and flex class is one of a kind and designed to stretch you into places you never thought possible while listen to the latest upbeat music!  Starting with a fun fast moving warm up we then head into the stretch phase where we will be focusing on a particular muscle group. Using the TRX, rollers and partner stretching you will get the intense stretch you need to prevent injury and gain flexibility.  So if you’re always tight, have niggling injury’s or can’t touch your toes this is the class for you.

Stretch and Flex is held on a Monday night at 6.30pm and Saturday at 9.00am in Booragoon.
